Clenora’s Corner:   Natural Health Tips/Cook & Create

Clenora Hudson-Weems, PhD.

CRITICAL HEALTH TIPS

I. ASEA is a major scientific/medical breakthrough product, consisting of sea water, which duplicates the cellular structure.  It miraculously stimulates the health signals, communicating the healing message via healthy cells to the body and the immune system.  It is the energy of the cells, which has a mini power plant called the Mitracondria, which produces ATP, the body natural source of energy and two sets of molecules, containing Stabilized Reactive Molecules:  1) Anti-Oxidants Activators, the internal anti-oxidants, guardians and defenders of your cells, and 2) Immune System Communicators.   Thus, supplementing with ASEA promotes conducive communication between the cells and the immune system, resulting in healthy cells and a healthy body.

Africana Womanism: Reclaiming Ourselves

“Africana Womanism is neither an outgrowth nor an addendum to feminism. Africana Womanism is not  Black feminism, Africana feminism, or Walker’s womanism that some Africana women have come to embrace” (Hudson-Weems, 1993).
